Gilgit Baltistan Ex-Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeezur Rehman, along with Ex Law Minister of GB Mr. Aurangzeb Advocate, paid a visit to the office of Emarat. The meeting was held, where participants discussed ways to develop affordable housing projects and their role in developing the economy.

Mr. Hafiz Hafeezur Rehman appreciated the 1st Sustainable Community Project of Eighteen and Pavillion-1 ( which constituted 84% of green belt and 16% pollution-free luxurious community) in Pakistan. Ex-CM discussed a similar plan of affordable housing projects. He was keen to preserve and develop the inherent environment of GB in which he wanted to create employment opportunities for GB people through this housing project so they would have a better life and develop a sustainable community.

Emarat CEO Farhan Gilani admired this constructive approach of CM about conservation of natural habitat and planning of affordable & sustainable housing projects for the betterment of GB people. Emarat welcomed this idea of investment for affordable & sustainable houses in GB and promised to work with proper planning and a better outcome.

Also appreciated this initiative of Ex CM Gilgit Baltistan as this will create job opportunities for people of GB, which will ultimately improve their life standard and boost the economy.
